Truax Building | December Tenant Newsletter
Thank you to everyone for making this an exceptional year. We are grateful to have the best building family in the Temecula Valley. This month:
- Our building took 3rd in the Old Town Decorating contest
- Construction of the ground floor and second floor tenants made substantial progress
- The Truax Hotel site nearly complete demo
- AppleOne Christmas caroled and spread the Holiday cheer

Coming this May, a second Nick & G’s will open its doors, offering the same Mediterranean/Italian dining concept and upscale-casual decor that is presently being enjoyed at their original restaurant and bar. Spanning at around 7,000 sq. ft., guests will have plenty of room to celebrate everything from family dinners to girls’ night out to a place for coworkers to mingle at the end of the day.
Specialties will include dishes such as their Wild Arugula Salad with poached pears, burrata cheese, candied walnuts and white balsamic vinaigrette, and Mediterranean Flatbread with roasted chicken, pesto, feta, artichoke hearts garlic, tomato and red onion. A wide range of pastas and entrees will also be available, including Seared Atlantic Salmon and Stone Valley Pork Chops. At their new location, Nick & G’s will continue to offer meals that are seasoned to perfection and prepared with local and sustainable ingredients at a reasonable price.
Sugar Divaz construction is schedule to be completed in January. Soon, as you walk into the Truax Building you will get to pass by a beautiful desserts and coffee shop. I am sure that we are all just as excited as them for their Grand Opening. Have you had a chance to look through the windows and see the construction progress?
The second floor is gaining a new Tenant! We are excited to welcome Axene Health Partners!

Sugar Divaz is currently under construction as is anticpiated to celebrate their grand opening – Janurary!
Nightingale is currently under construction and is expected to open Spring of 2018.
Serendipity is anticipated to celebrate their grand opening Spring 2018.They will be located in Suite 101 located next to Nightingale Restaurant.The Truax Building welcomes Serendipity Antiques – offering unique antique furnishings and collectibles, vintage clothing and accessories, retro fabrics, jewelry and many more treasures.
Serendipity Antiques is currently celebrating 20 years ofbringing one-of-a-kind products to the community. Duria, owner and operator commented on their success stating, “our merchandise is ideal for both men and women. We truly have the perfect something for everyone.”
Axene Health Parnters is currently IN DESIGN CONCEPT and is anticipated to celebrate their grand opening in spring 2018.
They will be joining the second floor of the Truax Building.

Nick & G’s will be located on the east side of the Truax Building and will span approximately 7,000 sq. ft.
The Truax Building has FULLY leased the Ground Floor!
The Truax Building is excited to announce that the ground floor will now be home to several award winning tenants.
Construction is currently underway. All construction build outs will be finished prior to summer 2018.We will continue to provide construction updates, timelines and photos.
