Steve is a seasoned commercial real estate professional skilled in
transactions involving the sale, leasing and disposition of Retail,
Land, Office and Industrial properties. A former Associate Director at
Burnham Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego, and then
Associate Broker at Colliers International, Steve brings an extensive
expertise in land sales, planning and the entitlement process. He also
has experience with under-writing commercial loans and acquisitions
related to income properties. His history includes:

Marketed and Sold over $65 Million in leased investment sales
Represented Developers in the acquisition and disposition of vacant land
Sourced financing for multiple Hospitality projects
Assisted in-house appraisers with Land valuations
